Hey there! Hi there! Ho there!

Yes, it’s that time again.

I actually would prefer getting this done on Friday but I’m such a lazy old sot it just seems increasingly unlikely that I’ll ever be able to adhere to any sort of schedule.

Better late than never, right? Don’t answer that.

Okay, so it’s only two links. Big deal. And one of them is another Round-up Day. So what? Last week was kinda light all around, okay? And I apologize for them both being so heavy on the Mickey Mouse content. That’ll change when I finish setting up the new pages … which was something else I had wanted to have finished on Friday.

Crap.

The above photo is me, age 3, proudly showing off my birthday present: a Mickey Mouse guitar. I was in full-blown cowboy mode those days, being a big fan of Roy Rogers, Wild Bill Hickok, Fury and Sky King. Yeah, yeah, I know; Sky King wasn’t really a cowboy but he was sort of one and he flew planes which was a big deal in our house since my Dad worked in the aviation industry. Anyway, this photo represents my bonafide and abiding affection for the mouse. Trust me, I don’t want to hurt the little guy; I just want to set him free.

Once the new pages are up and running this blog will go back to whining about fucked up copyright laws and how we are screwing ourselves blind by letting corporations define our culture.
