DRM is a Free Speech issue.

It’s not just about big companies subverting the justice system to impose technical constraints that degrade and limit the fair (and otherwise legal) uses of content in order to wring out every last penny from the consumer. Sort of like selling one of these to Lance Armstrong.

DRM isn’t just about treating customers like criminals and selling them crappy content wrapped in crappy technology. It’s about controlling who can say what, about what and who can listen to them.
